    A 20-min intro call

    With the founders. We talk about you, the studio, the role. No CV review theatre.

  2. 02

    A paid piece of work

    For writers: one paid piece, against a real brief. For strategists: a paid mini-audit. Three hours of work, paid at your day rate.

  3. 03

    Studio day

    Half a day with the team. Editorial meeting, a piece-edit together. We see how you work, you see how we work.

  4. 04

    Offer

    Inside two weeks of the studio day. Salary on the published band. No negotiation games.
