How we extract your voice.

Content audit

We read everything you have sent us that performed. Blog posts, emails, decks, sales copy. We are looking for patterns in structure, tone, sentence rhythm, and claim style.

Voice interview

60 minutes with whoever sets the editorial standard. We ask specific questions, not vague ones. What do you always cut? What makes you cringe when an agency hands something back? What do your best writers do that average ones do not?

Codebook build

We write the voice system in plain language. Not a mood board. A set of precise rules an AI can follow and an editor can score against.

Prompt engineering

The codebook gets translated into prompt components. These plug into your existing AI tools or into the automation system we build for you.

Test and tune

We run the prompts against real briefs and check the output against the quality rubric. If it does not pass, we revise the prompt layer until it does.

01We do not have much existing content. Can you still do this?+

Yes. If there is not enough written content to audit, we run a longer voice interview and use competitor contrast as a reference point. What you do not want to sound like is often as useful as what you do.

02Can the voice system work with tools we already use?+

Yes. The prompt layer is tool-agnostic. It works with Claude, GPT-4, Gemini, or any model you are running. We package it in a format your team can drop into existing workflows immediately.

03Is this a one-time project or ongoing?+

It is a one-time project that gets embedded permanently. If your brand evolves or you launch a new product line with a different audience, we can run a refresh. Most clients do not need one for 12 to 18 months.

04What if multiple people write for us and they all have different styles?+

That is exactly the problem we solve. We identify the shared voice beneath individual writer variation, the things that stay constant regardless of who is writing, and build the system around that.
