Format and pillar session

We define what your newsletter is and what it is not. Format, sections, content pillars, tone per section, and what your readers should always expect to find.

Voice build

Newsletter voice is often different from blog voice. Tighter, more direct, sometimes more personal. We profile it separately and build a dedicated prompt layer for it.

Issue zero

We produce the first issue with you in the room. This becomes the reference standard every subsequent issue is measured against.

Automation go-live

The system takes over production from issue two onward. Each issue is generated, QA-checked by an editor, and delivered to you for approval on schedule.

Performance loop

We review open rates, click rates, and unsubscribe signals monthly. Content pillars get adjusted, subject line patterns get tested, and the format evolves based on what your list responds to.

01We have never had a newsletter. Can you build one from scratch?+

Yes. We handle format design, content strategy, and ESP setup guidance. You do not need an existing newsletter to start. You need a list and an audience we can profile.

02Can you match the voice of our existing newsletter?+

Yes. If you have sent 10 or more issues, we have enough material to extract the voice and match it. If you have sent fewer, we supplement with a voice interview.

03Which email platforms do you support?+

We deliver formatted HTML or plain text that works with any ESP including Beehiiv, Substack, ConvertKit, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, and HubSpot.

04What if we want to add a personal note each issue?+

Easy. We build a section for it in the template. You drop in a paragraph before you approve the issue and it goes out with your addition included. The automation handles everything else.
